As a client, you can watch all interviews real-time from "behind the glass", sending questions directly to the moderator that the participant cannot see. The interviews are recorded real-time, including audio, video and any stimuli. You can replay the entire interview and interaction at your leisure.
As soon as the first interview is complete, VerusLive starts working on data analysis, gathering and cataloging quotes and tagging important video snippets for later review. We can send clients daily summaries of interviews, or if preferred, wait until the end and just send the final report. As a client, the choice is yours.
We have the capability to deliver the reports via our secure online 'client portal' accessible from the VerusLive website. Clients and any client team members are provided with a username and password to access the client portal to facilitate information exchange.
