Camera and headset installation
- Install your camera and headset following the instructions in the installation manual included with the webcam.
- You must install the software BEFORE connecting the webcam.
- Please wait until you are prompted by the installation program before connecting the camera to your computer.
- The installation program will ask you to reboot your PC before the camera can be connected to your computer.
- Connect the headset to your computer. Using the headset will provide the highest quality interview.
- Connect the cable with the picture of the microphone to the microphone jack on your computer.
- Connect the cable with the picture of the headphone to the headphone jack on your computer.
- We do not recommend trying to use external speakers or microphones with VerusLive.

Browser Configuration
- Ensure your browser is configured properly by running through the preflight tests.
Interview
- Carefully read the email you received containing the details for your Interview.
- Be sure that you are accessing the correct Interview Room. The details were provided in your confirmation email.
- Click the appropriate link to access the Interview login page.
- Enter the username and password provided to you for the Interview.
- Run through camera and microphone optimization settings with your Moderator.
